Jennifer was AMAZING from start to finish with my FHA loan process. I explained to her how important communication was to me the first day I spoke with her and her communication from that day forward was immaculate! Jen gave me a list of referral realtors in which I used and chose a realtor from that list; Tina Rannels. Jen and Tina were the perfect team , I was not in the dark about any information. Even when I became worried seeing large numbers as a first time homebuyer that can be very scary. The moment Tina and Jen heard my worries they broke everything down to me which made me feel 100% better about this process. I did become very stressed in the end but Jen and Tina were cheering us on to hang in there! I am so glad to have a team like them. Earlier this year my wife and I decided we wanted to look for a home I wanted to see if we could even qualify for a home. We had found that there was a New Jersey grant for first time first generation home buyers and when I filled out my information to receive lenders that offer the grant, Jennifer Frantzen was about the third person down on the list to contact as a mortgage lender. I emailed her and she quickly responded and we started the process of getting a pre-approval for a mortgage which we were able to get. What I really loved and appreciated working with Jennifer was the fact that she had a lot of patience and was able to clear any of our confusion or misunderstandings as a first-time home buyer, she's very open and receptive to our questions and answered all of them. She is extremely knowledgeable about the home buying process and has taking our anxiousness and anxiety and turned it into confidence with her knowledge.
